It's been a long time since I posted anything new on the website. Some new paintings/drawings have been added since february and I updated the information page. But now I have something completely new for you. I'm working on a new art project. My last 2 drawings and some older paintings are related to the project which is called; "The headquarter of madness". It's going to be a big project involving multiple paintings, drawings and art-books. The books will all be unique, handwritten and will have lot's of sketches and other pieces of art. They will be depicting the madness of the human mind. I used psychiatric disorders as a starting point for the books. I want to create purity in artwork. Most good idea's start with a sketch or a few words which hold most of the emotions in my art. And most of the time these sketches and scraps of paper with some words on where thrown away once the painting/poem was done. Now I bundle these sketches/words without making paintings/poems out of them. This means these books hold the purest idea's. I'm currently working on the first copy:"The headquarter of madness -1". The book will have about 200 pages and will contain lots of sketches and other delusion's/phantasm's. (check the pictures for a preview).
It's my goal to build The headquarter of madness up to some huge exhibitions. Check back soon for more info on this item.
